Dr. Elsaeed is the co-founder of Sadco Engineering Works with over 30 years of experience in partnerships with multinational firms and realestate development 

Dr. Elsaeed holds B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration Studies- from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt and Texas A&M and Harvard Universities in the U.S.A.

In addition to teaching undergraduate and post graduate courses, he has supervised and co-supervised more than 20 M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses, published more than 40 scientific papers, authored and co-authored six books, and attended several conferences in the U.S.A, Egypt and Europe.


Dr. Elsaeed manages Sadco Engineering Works, a Firm involved in major infrastructure projects in Egypt and the Middle East area, and cooperates with major American and European companies and firms and was involved in construction and engineering projects exceeding EGP 785M. He also served on the Board of Directors for Multinational Companies.

As a Board member and the Chairman and CEO of Misr Real Estate Assets Company, 100% owned by the Egyptian Government (2007-2013), Dr. Elsaeed managed over $1.2B of real estate assets and investments.

He is also a member of several Professional Societies, such as The Egyptian Society of Engineers, The American Society of Civil Engineers (Board member and Past International Director, 2001-2004), Central Dredging Association, and The American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt. He is also active on the public service front in Egypt, he served as the Chair of the Public Works Committee of the elected Local Council for Cairo for a period of 12 years, Board Member of several Social/Charity Societies in Cairo and a member of the Board of Trustees of Mansheit Elbakry Public Hospital which serves more than 4 million people.
