About Sadco
Sadco Engineering Works was founded in 1972 by Engineer Helmy Elsaeed, the former Minister of Electricity and Advisor to the Egyptian President.
Owing to the organizational structure and the professional skills and experience of our staff and its capabilities, Sadco has the ability to provide full service cooperation and partnership with foreign companies and manufacturers worldwide from the U.S.A, the Netherlands, and Germany along with dredging contractors in U.S.A, Japan and Belgium. Through import, export, stocking, market studies, licensing agreements, technology transfer and feasibility studies, we connect international companies with Egypt’s fast-growing and emerging market.
Our activities include performing engineering projects on a turn-key basis as well as management, designing, supervision, consultation and real estate development.
Sadco can also provide joint venture agreements for engineering and manufacturing projects.
Additionally, Sadco can provide specialized services through cooperation with national or international firms.
Experience Records
Sadco can provide all of the necessary services starting from preliminary concept, construction management, start-up and operation. It can also provide each of these individually or collaboratively to meet the needs of clients.
Examples of engineering and consulting services: feasibility studies, conceptual planning, cost analysis, site investigations and soil analysis, conceptual design, detailed design specification and estimates for bid invitations, evaluation of bids, preparing the client-contractor contract, construction supervision, material testing and quality control.
