Gamal H. Elsaeed
Chairman
Dr. Elsaeed is the co-founder of Sadco Engineering Works with over 35 years of experience in partnerships with multinational firms and realestate development.
Dr. Elsaeed holds B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration Studies- from Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt and Texas A&M and Harvard Universities in the U.S.A.
In addition to teaching undergraduate and post graduate courses, he has supervised and co-supervised more than 50 M.Sc. and Ph.D. theses, published more than 70 scientific papers, authored and co-authored nine books, and attended several conferences in the U.S.A, Egypt and Europe and served as the President of Banha University (2019-2021).
Dr. Elsaeed is the Chairman of Sadco Engineering Works, a Firm involved in major infrastructure projects in Egypt and the Middle East area, and cooperates with major American and European companies and firms and was involved in construction and engineering projects exceeding EGP 2B. He also served on the Board of Directors for Multinational Companies.
As a Board member and the Chairman and CEO of Misr Real Estate Assets Company, 100% owned by the Egyptian Government (2007-2013), Dr. Elsaeed managed over 10B EGP of real estate assets and investments.
He is also a member of several Professional Societies, such as The Egyptian Society of Engineers, The American Society of Civil Engineers (Board member and Past International Director, 2001-2004), Central Dredging Association, and The American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt. He is also active on the public service front in Egypt, as a nominated Member of the Egyptian Parliament (2021-2026) served as the Chair of the Public Works Committee of the elected Local Council for Cairo for a period of 12 years, Board Member of several Social/Charity Societies in Cairo and a member of the Board of Trustees of Mansheit Elbakry Public Hospital which serves more than 4 million people.
Helmy Elsaeed

Helmy graduated from Concordia University in Canada with a B.A. in Economics, and later had courses in Ocean and marine Engineering at Texas A&M University.
He started his career interning at dredging manufacturing plant in the U.S.A, then going to Egypt and working on the Expansion of the Suez Canal. He worked as a Senior Investment & Development Executive with a prominent Egyptian Multinational, then heading to Sadco to grow the business.
Under Helmy’s leadership, the company has expanded it’s market beyond to pipelines, large scale electrical power plant components and exporting a variety of Egyptian Goods.

Founder
“Sadco Engineering Works ” was established in 1972 by Eng. Helmy Elsaeed who started activities from Engineering Consulting, Export, Import & representation.
From the early 50s to the early 70s he served in the Egyptian government until he became an adviser for the presidency, chairman of Misr corporation, then the Head of the Central Agency of Organization & Administration, then he became Minister of Electricity & then finally as an administration specialist in the former Yugoslavia.
